March 2015 Speaker Series Presentation

On March 17, 2015 we heard from the Whatcom Education Spay & Neuter Impact Program (WeSNiP) on how they assist low income pet owners, trap, transport, and spay and neuter feral cats, free-roaming cats, pet cats, and pet dogs.  WeSNiP shared how their program can assist with the management of cats and dogs in a disaster situation.
